I look through all the boring glass with my two eyes
The ethereal sticks out farther
Making an ugly duckling
Into a swan
The flowing hair
Sparkles in their deep reflection
So far away
Showing who they want to become

A teardrop from the mannequin in the mirror
Falls
But not on your face
Under your skin it lies
A feeling sewn in your heart
Betrayal empties into a swarm of butterflies in your stomach
You feel them flying
Unaware of its boundaries

Horrified,
You wake up in between the windows
You scream, but they walk past
On to their next duties
You are ignored in the glass plates
As wither wanderers pass you by
Destined for tragedy in the robot window display
