Life has its ups
And downs
We all smile
And frown
Its okay to cry
And its okay to laugh
We all get angery
Sometimes we even get down right depressed
I think we all need to hear
Its okay
There's somthing in the air
It's telling us we have to be strong
I think we're taking that message all wrong
Its okay to hurt
Its not okay to keep it all in
We're human
We're not perfect
But here's a secret
Each of our imperfections make us unique
Just remember these words
When life gets hard
We're only human
