Nightmare

Everyday I wake up,
To such a horrid dream
Then when I look around
That dream is my reality
He took you away
Without any warning
I don’t think he knows
How much I’m mourning
Sometimes I wish my reality was only a nightmare
So I could wake up, and have you right here
The memories are all I have
The good ones and the bad
Some days I just feel so alone
Even when everyone is around
Forever my love for you will be
No matter where this life leads me
I know one day we’ll meet again
I just can’t wait till then
