Cobalt, cyan, cerulean,
The water glistened in the sun.

-sparkling like stars in the night sky-
Rolling, rushing, reeling,
The waves flowed onto the shore.

-back and forth as if it were beckoning you closer-
Soft, smooth, silky,
The sand gathered underneath my feet.

-sifting through my toes like water through a filter-
Bright, brilliant, beaming,
The sun shone down on us.

-brightening our moods with its rays of sunlight-
Splashing, splattering, swimming,
We relaxed in the tropical paradise.

-forgetting all of our stress and problems-
Memories, memories, memories,
Ones that would never fade.
