Magical Creatures parade across pages.
Young wizards and old pirates dance in the dust.
Biographies and histories preach in the corner,
Open to where I had to go and eat dinner.
Often the underdog makes a leap to become hero,
Keeping me on the edge of my seat.
Soon the detective will solve the whole mystery.
Hopefully the lovers are reunited,
Escaped criminals get locked up again,
Life will return to normal before the next chapter.
For there is a story for everyone here.
