Stars in the sky
Never seemed so bright
They never glittered this much
But now they're shining
And appear to be leaping
Across the night

Maybe it's because you're here
With me
Maybe it's because you've been honest
With me
Maybe it's because you're in Love
With me
Or maybe, just maybe...
It's because you're the greatest friend

The author's comments:
This I wrote about my best guy friend who has a girlfriend right now. When I heard about them dating, I was rather sad, because I had a little crush on him, but realized that this shouldn't tear apart our friendship, and as long as we're friends, everything is alright. And if she ever tries to break his heart, I'll always be there for him, no matter what.
