Seeing my family portrait,
Everyone smiling,
Is that true? Everyone being happy?
Picture perfect as they say...
No!
That was long ago...
When we were together,
When my parents enjoyed each other's company,
When my sister was still in school and not off with her drunk boyfriend,
Why can't life be like a family portrait?
When we smile for the camera and we focus on nothing else,
Not a problem in the world,
Why?
Why can't life be picture perfect?
