Thunder.

It was calm, hot, dark:
Boom, Bang, Bow.
The day was long.
I was scared. I cried.
I stood outside.
The rain covered my racing tears.
The thunder wasn't loud enough,
I could still hear the yelling.
The lighting split the sky and our home.
I was done.
But the storm continued.
It still continues.
Bow, Bang Boom..
