There is no money in poetry, but then there is no poetry in money.

My parents

sent me here,

to Fight for

what They believe,

to be part of an Army,

an Army that aims

to put Terror in innocent

Hearts and to be

a Plague from

the East,

They say to die

in war is the most

honorable way to go,

but still I'm Scared,

I saw my Brother today,

it's been Three years,

and they have Stolen the

Light in his Eyes and

replaced it with a

Dull candle,

he now Lives like

a Refugee

in a crippled

building where they

taught him to Build

bombs,

One of which

I must Carry,

Pain and Destruction

is the Weight I bear,

a pain

that will Sacrifice

my body for Peace

of mind,

I am

Forced to a

Silence,

for which I am not

ready,

I have to much

to Strive towards,

I am not

Prepared to

Die at the hands

of Children like,

a Toy

Soldier

It's not something that happend to me it's just that I heard about children "joining" Alqudia and thought that someone needed to look at their point of view

Utterly Beautiful. :) I like that it does not glorify intentions of the war or the war itself. You are an awesome writer :)

Bad Spellers of the world 'untie'.

Its really mind blowing for me that actually give up their children like that.

makes me sad if this is true for you. Even more to know family memebers put family members throught it. Your description is very good.
