A chill in my bones
On a warm summer night
A few more hours
Then survival is my fight
180 minutes
As the house falls asleep
Then it’s my life
And they can sit and weep
You’re my only call
I’ll leave a message on your phone
And my heart starts to beat fast
I’ll be gone, and only you will know
My bag is packed
I’m ready to go, to walk away from the light
I’ll slip swiftly into the dark
I’m running tonight
