What do you wanna get outta me?
This isn't who I wanna be.
I wish I were a star,
Being able to shine from a distance, so far...
Being able to hide from it all,
But I know that eventually everything must fall.
I want to sink into the ground,
And to NEVER be found.
i just want to be able to hide,
But I must take life for a ride.
You say you'll always be here,
But I keep hiding behind my fear.
Even though I wish I were in your arms where it's safe and warm,
I feel as though my heart has been torn.
