Your blue eyes are my skies
Open wide for my observational hobbies
I set up my chemistry lab
and stick myself
right smack within
the layers upon layers
you convey with the depth of your eyes
and..
as the words
flow easily from your delicious mouth,
me totally unprepared for it,
a sweetly whispered
"I love you"
comes out.

The author's comments:
Love is complex and it is simple. With this poem I am trying to add both those elements i.e complex is "layers upon layers" and simple is "flow easily". I was inspired by how heart felt those "three little words" can be felt. Enjoy!
