Liquid Jupiter

I took them from the one with the storm
Brought them home and put them in a glass with water
The pieces float and change shape in the liquid,
Watch them squish together, beading and jiggling
The pieces change shape and become one
They glow bright, red-pink at night in my room,
Stretch, morph, travel up and down the glass
The drops in my lava lamp are from Jupiter.
