Beauty is the way a paintbrush
Painted the clouds
Over a lilac canvas
The way the moon and stars
Are sewn so perfectly
To the night sky
They way the pine trees
Shine and sparkle
When the sun splashes
Their snow covered branches
With light
The way the water reflects
The pastel colors of the sunset
Beauty is a ladybug
Crawling upon the delicate petals
Of a rose
It’s the sliver of light
Peeking over the horizon
Wondering if it’s time
To start the day
Beauty is everywhere
All you have to do
Is look
