Of beautiful self destruction,
I watch as you consume the light of the world with your very hands of darkness,
Your eyes of blazing fire burn through me as fire burns through paper,
I feel the pressure of your teeth sinking into my soft mortal flesh,
Our hands collapse together,
Not in prayer,
But in anguish,
You have no heart,
As you put your ears to mine,
Listening to the silent drumming,
Waiting for the right time,
To take the last bit of light from me.
