Wilderness
You get kicked out of your house,
Now you have to live in the woods.
You know the place.
Where everyone parties but hasn’t in awhile.
Overgrown weeds and grass cover the sin of the past.
Now you sleep here,
Among the broken glass.
But now you are free.
You can take raccoon utters and blow.
Even the softest of creatures will do.
They are your friends,
But only for a night.
A bear would make a bad top,
But a great grizzly bottom.
A deer is fast and cunning,
But in bed,
Frantic and running.
A mouse is much too small,
But coupled with a dozen makes a fine blanket.
You are free to do what you want.
You can take raccoon utters and blow.
And find a spot for privacy,
And invite your critters to play.
And you can all day.
But make sure they are fed,
Or you might end up dead.
