Gone up in smoke
I have a feeling that you're at my door.
but each time i look, it's just the wind,
pushing in and out like what you did with my heart.
I hope you toss and turn in your bed,
Regretting ever leaving me.
Me and you know I can't do this without you,
But you still walked out that door.
All I do now is sit and stare.
All I do now is write pages on how I miss you so.
These words mean nothing without you.
My heart remains shattered,
If I can't be with you.
Books on books, all just for you.
I would suffer all the pain in the world, if it means to be with you.
It doesn't matter if you don;t want to be with me.
I never notice how empty my life would be without you.
Nothing to do now but to sob in pain.
Nothing to do now but to try to move on.
Nothing to do now but to burn the art that was met for you.
