Ah, night
Truly the time I can come out and play.
you might be wondering why I love night so much;
But it's not that hard to figure out.

You see, most people are afraid of the night.
Not for the lack of light, but because of what may lie in it.
But I am more scared of the day than the night,
Because of what does lie waiting in the sunlight.

The ghouls and beasts of the night won't judge you.
They will take you in as one of their own.
But the beasts of day will judge and exclude you,
Driving you to madness.

This is why I love the night.
It is MY time, MY land, MY life

And if you don't like it,
then I know you are a beast of the day.
