I sit in my chair
staring at you
you staring at me
I can't help but notice
that sparkle in your eyes
you smile
I smile
you slide a note across my desk
that reads like a beautiful melody
"You're my angel and I have your wings"
I tell him to take my wings
He already makes my heart fly
My stomach flutter
Full of love
This forbidden love
Is what is meant to be
Me and you
You and me
The ones who are afar
Really are so close.

The author's comments:
This is a piece about a girl and a boy from two opposite worlds who fall in love with each other for them being mysterious. They seem intriguing to each other and the fall so hard. He passes her a note to make his move on the love that was never meant to be.
