thoughts running through my head

As i slowly drown i think hard and deep
I think about the times we shared
The times we laughed
And the times we cried
I think about the times we were scared
And the times we were brave
And i think about the times it was just you and me
All the thoughts running through my head i guess was just a dream
I thought you loved me and felt the same way
I thought you cared
But i guess i thought too hard
Too deep
Maybe i should have thought before i fought back the tears
Maybe i should have realized that you didn’t care
