Favorite Quote:
You have to be a little insane to live life extraordinary.

Twelve Thirty Two
Such a dull time of day
The words echo in my head
'Just hit the hay'
But what is there for me
In that dark abyss?
Time to reflect yesterday?
Ponder a chance I may miss?
No, sleep is not for me
I long to be awake
Closing my eyes
This feeling I shake
I must not slip away
In to what lies beyond
For what lies beneath
In my mind's murky pond?
Tap in to the unknown
That I've known all along
Unconcious desires
My heart's true song
Now it's Twelve Thirty-five
Three minutes flew by
Perhaps now I'll sleep
Or perhaps now I'll cry
Tears for the future
Tears for the past
No, just tears for today
Fearing it won't last
One fleeting blink
Now this moment has gone
Just need to remember
That life moves on

The author's comments:
The times in this poem are 100%. I started at 12:32 A.M and when it says 12:35 it is truly 12:35. I wrote this piece in about 5 minutes, a short time, but most of my poems are written in under 15 minutes.
