Fake Love
fake love is a wake up
leaves you feeling real.
leaves you feeling dead,
but strangely surreal
ahead
but strangely, behind
not believing
but seeing
not accepting
but knowing
fake love
is real
is alive
is seething
is a dive
into breathing
living
madly passionate
but insanely irashionate
feeling
being
thinking
doing
things you didnt think
or want
or believe
possible
probable
thinkable
or sinkable
because fight it
light it
try to right it
but fake love
is always that
that will always stay the same.
no matter how much you dream it up
she'll always come back and show you in the end
that the thing you put all your weight on
is sand
and will collapse as soon as the wind takes it elsewhere
