attempted suicide gone all wrong

that's what i tell them
that "i'm not lucky to be alive"
"i'm lucky he loves me"
-love- a passionate affection or liking for somone-

"you all act like it's some miracle from god,
but it's not!
if he hadn't found me, if he hadn't saved me,
i'd be gone!"

realizeation hits them
and they quite themselves in shame
i look across the room at him with tears in my eyes,
"i'm lucky he still loves me."
