Favorite Quote:
Without the bad things in life, there would be no good

Do you hear it?
Hear the sound?
The sound of the past
Showing you what you want
What you had
What is gone.
Do you hear it?
Hear the sound?
The sound of the present
In the dull state of waiting, waiting
Waiting to move
Waiting to live
Do you hear it?
Hear the sound?
The sound of the future
A mysterious rhythm not yet recognized
Not quite grasped
You know what you want
Do you hear it?

The author's comments:
I was thinking about how most people always worry about things in the past, don't pay attention to the present, and choose not to think about the future. This poem was meant to inspire people to look at how they think, and how that thinking changes how they live.
