"Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds ways to kneel and kiss the ground." - Rumi

The things that make us stronger
Are often times also the most painful
We are broken, cast, and thrown into a fire
Where we will be refined into a beautiful jewel
And we will not help but look back
To reflect upon those defining moments
Though I may cry, sweat, and bleed out my heart
I am only one in a sea full of faces
And when I fall, I will not crawl
I will bound and leap and rise to the occasion
But I will never forget the powers that formed me

How condescending it would truly be
By already knowing the vast unknown

I have not yet been through a true fire, I am but merely toeing the warm embers.
