Spinning, flying, round and round
Our last dance, it's like a flower
Rising up out of the dew-dropped ground
As the sun begins to rise
Throwing light upon your face
And all the terror that lies
Soon hereafter in this strange familiar place
We don't know where we are now
It's only you and I
Please, don't leave me for the stars now
Don't abandon me for the sky
Oh, my dear, why so soon?
Will we ever meet again?
I suppose you'll come back to me, perhaps,
Sometime again...
My eyes wander, my heart longs, my hands reach
To the place I watched you fade away
To the sky now filled with glittering stars
And as I'm lying on my back
It begins
To rain...

Again, inspired by a dream. It was meant to represent any form of loss.
