chaos in a nutshell
The rain tumbles in the washer.
Lightening strikes, thunder roars.
Bricks hit the surface,
your fist pelts against the ground.
The world is chaos,
the life is chaos.
The clock is ticking,
your time is running out.
You run and race,
looking for some escape.
But what’s needed
is space.
Trapped all alone
the footsteps echo
reeling closer.
A click.
A gunshot.
A scream.
A silence.
It stings the inner ear.
While hope and faith
swirl down to fear.
And the rest of the world
gives out and disappears.
