Too Late
Pop the pills
Take the shot
Listen as she says to stop
Pick up the razor and push down hard
Snort another line
Force yourself to starve.
Once the rooms begun to spin
Take the needle and stick it in
Watch her eyes fill up with tears
Huff from the can to drive away your fears
Inhale the smoke
And blow it out
Her far away voice begins to shout
Blackened clouds obscure your vision
Your body's weak and starts to give in
Fall to your knees
While your heartbeat slows
You reach out for her
But shes finally let go.
