When I saw you pass by the other day,
I barley recognized you.
But instead of saying anything I smiled and walked the other way.
How could you believe something so stupid?
In my opinion you should get thicker skin.
How could you think that all these years meant nothing to me?
If I ‘need to learn the limits of joking’ you need to learn how to take one.
Everyday, I can’t see if you miss me as much as I miss you.
But I do know that all those years meant something to you,
The endless sleepovers, millions of inside jokes, the pile of my things that I never took home. All that was nothing? I don’t think so.
How could you be so stupid?

When I saw you pass by the other day,
I barley recognized you.
But instead of saying anything I smiled and walked the other way.
I did something wrong but you did nothing to stop it.
You stooped to my level.
By exposing me you let go of all my trust.
I threw your secrets out the window like chewed gum.
How could you be so stupid?
I never wanted to hurt you but you left me no choice.
You even know that there’s nothing I do better than revenge.
But surprisingly, I didn’t have to do anything.
You dug your own grave and you were trying not to fall in.
How could you be so stupid?
