what happens when the balcony comes crashing down?

weighed down with rumors and gossip

will you fall with it,

tumbling to the ground,

in a restless spiral?

will you hold onto the ledge,

with all your will,

until you fingers slip

and you fall silently?

or will you look deep inside you,

and find the strength

to grow wings and fly away?
