A mask unseen

A mask unseen,
A lie undetected.
All I have been,
Is deflected.
The truth unheard,
By all but I.
All deferred,
But none try.
My heart concealed,
By all the pain,
Never to be healed,
All effort in vain.
Forever I am gone,
Never to return
Tired of being a pawn,
Tired of being a concern.
I must say goodbye,
I must be on my way.
No longer am I shy,
I am staring a new day.
