Pain and Lies
Did you know you caused me pain?
Did you know that everything I said to you, I meant, while everything you said, was a lie?
Did you realize how I felt before you went and said those things, before you betrayed me?
I guess not.
As I'm sitting here, crying, I think about all that's happened.
Are you thinking of the same things I am, or have you forgotten?
Have you forgotten what you said, what you did, who heard it?
I guess not.
What's the point?
Should I keep believing the lies you tell me day after day when you say you're either feeling sorry or horrible about all this?
Should I move on?
I guess so.
