Stranded in the desert,
Locked in a cage,
Dull and plain,
With nothing, not even hay!

A long stretch of highway,
Runs through barren land.
With goats on the mountains,
And cows on the hills.

Blue sky surrounds us,
I guess i can't complain,
It's a pretty nice day!

The author's comments:
My best friend and i were going to ukiah. We had nothing to write about, so we wrote about our surroundings.
