God I am sorry
I'm sorry for losing my grip on You
My sight shifted from You to earthly things
And because of it I've hurt myself
Lord, I am more sorry than I've ever been
And I know you know it
You are the only one who knows and feels my pain
You are the only one who can repair my broken heart
I am asking You my all-mighty and forgiving God
For forgiveness of all the sins I've committed these past few weeks
Lord, I am asking for Your love
to help mend me
And Your strength to help me get through this
And Your encouragement to help me get closer to You
God I am sorry
