Runnig From Your Cries
In front of my eyes you stand
Tears spilling over the brim of your eyes
Hair flying with the wind
You don’t speak
You just stare at me
It is as if you are thinking what to say
To me
But the words can’t escape out your mouth
You walk away
Not looking back
I drop my head
And my tears hit the concrete
I say I’m sorry
But you don’t hear my apology
You are too far
I’m sorry mom that I’m not the child you deserve
I have disappointed you a little too much
This time I am scared I have disappointed you past forgiveness
I began to run
I hear you call my name
But I ignore your cries
I run until I can’t hear your cries anymore
