Quitting time
for you, not for me.
Solutions are never running away.
They are caring
and they are learning
about more than your own mind.
Pack it away
away from everything to me
from what matters most
A life lost.
Making decisions
without the right
without thinking about the time
and how I spent it.
Like a wrecking ball
smash my paradise
watch it fall to pieces
give a shrug, turn away
and when it all falls down
and I’m lost without a trace
all that remains
will be pictures and a name.
