Mammy
I miss the memories.
The little gifts.
Your stories, your laugh.
The day you left, I wanted to die.
I miss those days,
You'd tickle my stomach and kiss my boo boos.
Everything a grandmother was supposed to do, you did.
You loved me, and I loved you.
My tears you wiped.
My smile was real.
Now, no one wipes my tears...
And my smile is fading.
You were there, and I was happy.
Now, I'm sorry your not.
I miss you, and Love you.
But, I'll see you heaven.
The place you belong.
But until I see you, up there waiting on me.
You'll forever be in my heart, till the day I see again.
