One body,
Whole,
Unbroken.
Throughout the years
Weathered by all the storms.
But still in one piece.
But slowly those storms
Caused cracks,
The thunder
From all the fights,
And lightening
From all the scars,
Repercussions must occur.
The skin cracked,
But never breaks,
The scars holding the body,
Together.

The author's comments:
Everyone thinks that scars are what make us break, make us unwhole and broken. But my scars are what hold me together. They prove to me I am a survivor.
