In Crowds of Failed Kings
I walk with my own ideals
Surrounded by failed tyrants
I keep my head down as I sift through the crowd
I don’t follow any kings when queens will soon be putting faith in me
Prove them wrong
Watch as their faces turn to filth
As their insides melt away
While their beliefs ramble all over the streets
I tried to get the world to revolve around me
But the world is blind and deaf
And reasoning gets me nowhere
What is a palace if a jester rules it?
Burn the manuscripts
Or crucify the preachers
Man is nothing without words
And words mean nothing without Man
