Last Night I Dreamt a Dream

Last night I slept my hardest
And yet I dreamt a dream
Where there was no war but peace on land
And not a time of need
I pondered it and puzzled
What time had I forseen
For as I look around me I see the struggle and the need
This World seems to get poorer
People everywhere distraught
The thing I dreamt unearthly
Nowhere I know like this
There's only one place all is equal
Perfect in all sight
The thing that I have dreamt of is heaven I have no doubt
