Pleasant Ville
I wanna go to a place
where the treetops are taller
than the buildings
every quarter mile
I see wild horses
instead of billboards
people die of old age
crime is only international
we open our arms like we open our doors
a welcome mat
covers the floors
of every porch
the kids grow up
and move away
but always wind up back again
at the end of the day.
