This is the story of a girl,
a girl who needed to speak out.
She used to be a pearl,
until she was never allowed to scream and shout.

She kept on drowning in her tears,
with no one to save her.
She was pushed down by her peers,
why? well she wasn't sure.

This is the story of a girl,
a girl who wasn't afraid to try.
And then someone gave her life a twirl,
and now all she does is silently cry.

Will no one help her?
She's dying quietly inside.
And now no one is sure,
whiy she bid them all goodbye...

This is the story of a girl,
a girl who just wants to be free.
This is the story of a girl,
and that girl is me...
