Don't forget the way we laughed together.
Don't forget that concert.
Or the classes we took together,
don't forget the secrets shared.

We won't stay friends, but instead, become rivals.
Two schools. Two people. Two completely different lives.

Different views. Different goals.

We're so different, somehow
best friends.

Don't forget
about me when you're at the games, don't forget
about me when you live in Paris.
Don't forget
how I was always there, keeping secrets, promises, a friendship.

Don't forget the way we laughed, don't forget the songs you got stuck in my head, don't forget all the inside jokes, don't forget this year.

I know you'll forget. But I'll remember.
