Place. Places I've been, places I will be, places that I want to be. A list of infinite possibilities unfolds, and as I gaze at it I swell with emotions. Happy, sad, jealous, braggy. All these emotions, and more. For in these places I experienced, will experience, want to experience, emotions, and each emotion carries a memory. Maybe locked away for years but these places have the uncanny ability to bring forth these memories. Bringing with them, emotions. Creating memories of memories, and emotions of emotions. A cascade beats down upon me, a tidal wave of feeling, overwhelming but oh so welcome, a feeling of freedom, imprisonment, that which no one can escape and when its all over the simple feeling, of satisfaction.
