A broken heart

a blind soul

lost forevermore

has no path to follow

no reason to move forward

no way to fix it's life- lasting confusion

desperately clinging for comfort

yet

a extreme need for understanding

a tortured cry

like that of an animal in pain

echoes echoes

through it's surrounding walls of misery

has nothing

only a shattered dream

falling roughly with a thud

as it jumps off the bridge

of eternal forgetfulness

No longer lit with a life it once had

it now roams land with a mind wrecking expression

it's thoughts only

dream of making sense

when it's soul is healed
