Brother's Doll
So shy, so quiet, their sweet living doll
Their beauty, their child, to whom they would call
Dress her in dresses with ribbon and lace
Combed golden locks and pink blush on her face
Placed in little lassie shoes that click clack
When she walked down the hallway and back
Such a doll, with her fragile porcelain skin
And her sad glass eyes of innocents repenting for her sin
She blended in with her stuffed toys, a name for every one
But she belonged to her dearest brother, like shinning moon and sun
He was her guardian, her protector, her dearest angel of truth
Who showed her the world inside and out throughout his youngest youth
He whispers sweet secrets, for they where one
Part of each other like bullet and gun
He was her toy soldier, strong and tall
She was his dancer, in ruffled dress, his precious doll
She would plie and he would bow
Younger siblings, so inseparable, their vow
Dangerously beautiful like scarlet roses bud
Not torn apart by anything, for both of them where blood
