Simon was a young man
no older than us all
he took the gun and shoved it
all he wanted was to fall
the barrel froze his insides
and left a smaller mark
the dreams he went to sleep with
had abandoned him in the dark
he always loved to play games
like poker when you bet
he never thought he'd play alone
the game Russian Roulette
