Regret
Which do you regret the most:
Saying something and wishing you hadn’t
Or saying nothing and wishing you had
I’d much rather live with regret of saying something
When you alternate it with that of
Saying nothing and feeling regret for the silence
If you don’t say it now, then when
Tomorrow, next week, next month, next year
Time waits for no one
Who knows if they’ll be here tomorrow
Time wears on, taking feelings and people with it
They may still be here physically, but are your feelings?
Speak your mind; Live for today.
Make mistakes and live with no regret
If something you say brings a smile to another’s face,
Remember: if no one spoke their mind, you’d
Never smile. So speak your mind.
And never regret something that once made you smile.
