Masks

Masks all around
Covering up what lies within
We smile ear to ear in fear of noncomformity
Finding pain in ignorance, we feel the same
Isolated now, simply because you can't speak the tuth
Sheltered in our youth, we know no better

Do everyone a favor
Slowly pull off the mask
Reveal yourself, retire the lies
Acceptance is promised
No need to hide

Let me see the real, true you.
