A face seen everywhere
With many different looks
Face known by all
Watching through time
He sees the world's problems
But does nothing with his hands
We look to him for help
To either be defeated or excited
Watching the world,
Every moment in time
Always there
Talks every hour
He is precious to all
Maybe a friend,
Never a lover
He just sits and watches
What is he?
Tick...Tock...
Time is running out
That is you answer
"Time"...he is a clock
